Delivery options

Shipping is complimentary on all orders and will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Outside of the US, we are able to ship to Canada. Please email hello@teawithtekuno.com with your order and destination, and we will inform you of the shipping cost, which is typically $30-40.

Tracking your parcel

All orders placed through our website include tracking. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from hello@teawithtekuno.com that includes your tracking information.

Gift messages

We are pleased to prepare all online orders for gifting, with the inclusion of an optional gift message to accompany.

If your online order is intended for gifting, please write “This is a gift” or include a gift note in the Special Instruction or Gift Note section after you have chosen your delivery option in the checkout.

Gift cards

Tekuno Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed to the nominated value online at teawithtekuno.com. It cannot be refunded.

Digital Gift Cards do not expire when purchased. Upon receiving your gift card via email, you will also receive a link to check your balance.
