Kukicha

A series where we envisage what our collection of sensorial and esoteric teas would be, act, and think as personalities. What would it eat? What would it listen to? How would it spend its time? What would it dream about?

Consider Kukicha — a tea crafted from just the stems of our 9th generation producer's tea plants — whose beauty lies in its simplicity. Slightly vegetal but aromatically sweet in a way that evokes candy hearts, rock sugar, and marshmallows, this is a tea that we return to year after year, season after season...

(and may we recommend, this easy brewing tea is lovely over a spoon of honey and ice as the days get longer)
