A series where we envisage what our collection of sensorial and esoteric teas would be, act, and think as personalities. What would it eat? What would it listen to? How would it spend its time? What would it dream about?

This month, we consider our Genmaicha, Matcha, an easy drinking green tea made of sencha leaves, popped rice, and matcha powder. The matcha adds depth, texture, and earthiness to the otherwise fragrant flavors of the rice and tea.
