A top-tier ceremonial matcha grade that is made from the best 10% of our producer's matcha leaves through manual sorting. Unlike other high grade ceremonial matcha that skew towards umami, Hōjyu is extremely well balanced and fresh tasting, naturally creamy and floral. Reminiscent of pillowy clouds, soft forest moss, and morning dew.
Hōjyu is very limited in production and only available for part of the year, as it sells out quickly.
