Reminiscent of pillowy clouds, soft forest moss, and morning dew.
Hōjyu is very limited in production and only available for part of the year, as it sells out quickly.

About the Producer
This tea comes from Hoshinoseichaen, an esteemed matcha producer in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan that has been perfecting matcha since 1946. A preferred producer by traditional Japanese tea ceremony (chadō), this producer works closely with multiple schools to craft teas that honor flavor and tradition. Hoshinoseichaen holds its matcha to stringent quality standards by ensuring its matcha powder maintains a uniform particle size—a necessary component for creamy, smooth bowls of matcha.
We present this tea to you in the original packaging of Hoshinoseichaen, which is distinguishable by those who study Japanese tea ceremony.
