This sencha is an annual special release our renowned producer in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan. This sencha has a balanced sweetness, rich aroma and robust umami with little bitterness. When selecting the cultivar for this sencha, this producer searches for one that is especially fragrant, yet has a soft, gentle texture. The tea is then finished by hand by the owner himself.
